In glorious weather at Royal Ascot on a fast running course with excellent greens we had a hard fought match with Surrey resulting in a draw.

Special mention should go to Rob Boyle, this year’s Royal Ascot Captain, who playing in the top match had 4 birdies and eagled the last to secure a half. Berkshire were 5 - 3 up with 2 to play but, Surrey came back strongly winning the last 2 matches to tie the match.
