We had a good day at Frilford Heath. The green staff did a great job in presenting the course considering the weather we’ve experienced so far this year. We experienced true summer heathland running conditions which placed shot selection at a premium. Unfortunately, we were unable to follow up our win in the Four Counties at Knighton Heath but came a creditable third. We sat down to an excellent meal in the impressive Frilford Heath dining room served efficiently by Ivy and Ruby.
