Despite the challenges posed by the unusually dry weather this summer, the Red Course was in remarkably good condition, although the fairways were dry and we used 'pick and place'. However, the periodic rain showers and strong winds associated with Storm Floris made scoring difficult.
 
Well done to all competitors, who seemed to thoroughly enjoy the format and the excellent buffet lunch. A big, big thank you to Clem Davies (our president) and to the staff of Frilford for making such a special day possible.
